As a journalism professor in the Universidad de Montevideo, I redesigned the college's journalism final capstone and turned it into a multimedia project. I planned and organized a series of workshops to give students multimedia tools, brought in new teachers and journalists, and directed and edited the first multimedia project done by students in Uruguay: 4 paredes, about Uruguay's housing problems. The last year, a new project was launched: Made in Oriente, about the Asian Pacific immigration and cultural heritage in Uruguay.
